Exercising helps as her outlet for extra stress. Tammy spends her days off work with her children and mother. Her son, daughter and mother all get together each Sunday and have dinner and movie nights. Tammy’s job only requires her to work three days a week, so she has ample free time to spend gardening, hiking and relaxing. Tammy meets many new friends through work, and enjoys spending time with co-workers outside of work on the
I walked with Trevor. We joked around about the game, saying how my dad is and old man and all. This went on for the whole day besides the breaks we took because of the heat. It was one of the hottest days in July. Around noon everyone got a lunch break for around thirty minutes.
My friend and I meet almost every Saturday at Schenley Park to have a game. I also have a part time job. I work in an Ethiopian restaurant named Tana’s. When I get a chance to be at home, I like to read and listen to
Lunch is the biggest meal of the day and a time for the family to gather together. After lunch they nap or do other family activities then return to work at about four o'clock when it’s cooler. In America we are too busy and consumed with time to stop working and eat lunch with our families. We do not leave work to go home and take a nap or do other
Since my boyfriend is taking college courses, we decided to start studying together Sunday nights after dinner so we would get to see each other more often and be able to finish some work together. He would help me and I would help him. It is nice to have someone close to you able to help you through the courses. Between work and volunteering I hardly ever had time to study, but conveniently my boyfriend always works when I have days off from my job and that is usually when I would do my heavy all day

Normally an elder does the cooking and those around help, but from time to time they get to sit down while their children cook. It is not common for a groom to move in with the family. If the man does stay in the family home the man and woman cannot share the same room until they are married. Normally a man will ask the father of

The ride to Chapel Hill took about two and a half hours. We tailgate with our family and friends before and after every home game. My cousins are there, one of which goes to Carolina and the other is a senior in high school, my grandma is there, and friends of my cousin’s parents are there as well. There is all sorts of food there; fried chicken, chicken salad, regular salad, chips and dip, fruit, some sort of dessert, and all different kinds of drinks.

It will allow me to research on a more personal level rather than just through scholar sources. My inspiration for this theme came from memories as a child, on a Sunday all of my Nana’s six children, spouses and twelve grandchildren would gather at her home for Sunday dinner. The kitchen was the main attraction as we all knew we were in for an unforgettable treat, even if the menu was the same as last weeks. All the women gathered in the kitchen each designated a specific job and no matter how big or small, it was important because, without it dinner would not be the
