When a person exercises the blood flows faster and releases endorphins which causes the feeling of happiness and keeps stress under control (Ballantyne). Exercising can boost ones self-esteem which leads to a healthy mental state. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) late this year released its new Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, calling for adults between the ages of 18 and 64 to exercise moderately (such as brisk walking or water aerobics) for at least two hours and 30 minutes weekly (Ballantyne). This is a simple way to exercise and help improve one’s health. Exercising also puts the body in excellent physical shape.
If you really think about it, we are one of the few countries that have freedom, liberty, and independence. Sometimes we just have to use it wisely. So with the life I live right now being able to have this freedom, I am very thankful, and have God to thank for

Walking and biking are both excellent forms of cardiovascular exercise which, when performed regularly, can ward off disease, shed pounds, improve mental outlook and reduce the likelihood of dying young. Each have their merits and drawbacks, and which is the best choice for you largely depends upon what you'll enjoy doing most, the health of your joints and how much weight you'd like to lose. “Like walking, biking is low-impact and easy. It's also fun, and according to NutriStrategy, burns a lot of calories - significantly more than brisk walking.” (Bigelow) You’d be forgiven for wondering but stair climbing can have a significant and positive impact on an individual’s health over time.
Instead it shows that everything still runs the same but under more striked/harsh rules. So in a way I don’t like the movie because it doesn’t leave me with the feeling that the novel left me with and most important it doesn’t show me how a totalitarian state should be like. I would so much recommend the novel weiter. As a student I learned a lot from it. And im sure that every man and every woman at any age will learn, too.
So for the first few weeks of their job they may feel fatigued after work and tired more often. It is also possible that they will lose weight and possibly gain muscle which in turn may make them fitter. A person will develop intellectually for a number of reasons. Firstly some jobs require training so they will be gaining knowledge on their job role and how particular task need to be carried out. A person will have more responsibility in work, which will affect there day to day life.
I love to take responsibility when people can rely on me; thus whenever I could not accomplish it, I blame it on myself. I realized that I am such a Protector when I got the result by skimming back all the things that I have done for my family and my friends. I am an introverted person because I need my own private time to recharge myself. I do not like going to clubs and bars where there are so many people or the music is too loud. I always need to sit alone with soft music to think about what I have done each day in order to get myself ready to do other things.
Play time can also become a family experience which serves to bond family members together and allow adult members an opportunity to model healthy exercise habits for children. Exercise also helps young children develop a healthy self-image and positive self-esteem as they take pride in their physical accomplishments. The exhilaration that comes with running, laughing, and playing can also boost a child's mood. This leads to one of the most important reasons kids should play outside: its fun! When children do exercise it can benefit from regular exercise because if they are active they will have stronger muscles and bones.
SPerformance Enhancing Drugs For a lot of people, sports are the center of life. They live for sports. They would probably play it all the time if they had a chance to. To play sports is a good hobby to have. It gives the much needed exercise that all humans need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Music, like any other art, is a way of relaxing after a person’s regular hard day at work. Many people come home tired and exhausted from work and play their favorite song or artist. I quote my friend Eric Han, a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, “By listening to a superfluous sound that people find it familiar and smoothing, the employee can unwind and forget for a few hours about the problems of real life.” I personally agree with that he has to say. Whenever I come home from a long and exhausting day at work, I usually turn to music because it helps me to clear my mind of the negative things that’s happened
