Both places offer fun and excitement to spend quality time with your love ones. Even though watching movies at home is different in some ways than watching a movie in a theater. The purpose for this essay is to contrast the price, comfort and distractions between watching movies at home vs. watching movies at a theater. I’m going to discuss watching movies at home first. The three topics I’m going to discuss are prices, comfort and distractions while watching a movie at home. Prices are very important because when you have a large family every penny that you have counts. You have a few opinions on how you obtain your movie. You can rent it for a $1.50 at Red box or you can buy it brand new from a retail store for around $25.00 or watching one of your favorite movies that you already own. When you watch a movie at home you can eat and drink anything that you like and it doesn’t cost anything. You can even have seconds because it’s free. Since you don’t have to leave the house, you’re not using gas and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot before the movie starts. Also you can watch this movie a second time for free since you’re not in a theater. Now were going to talk about comfort. Comfort is important when you’re watching a Spealman 2 movie. When you’re at home you can sit on the couch, on a chair or you can even lie on the floor. You can pause the movie, rewind the movie if you missed a part or even if you want to watch your favorite part again.
