The report focuses on critical issues like favouritism (in-groupism), mounting employee turn-over rate (currently estimated at 35%), faulty appraisal and incentivisation policies and other organizational dynamics. It also comments on the effectiveness of the ‘People Support’ function, which the company is planning to launch in order to curb its high turnover.
