Well, you can save over $500 dollars switching phone carriers. Phone carriers are like gas for your car, it’s something that at this time you must have, and phone carriers and gas companies can raise the price as high as they want too and you have no choice but to pay for the service. Verizon Wireless is a carrier that is well known across America. Verizon has around three retail stores here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. One located on 4122 Lima Rd. Oh, and I forgot to tell you that if it’s your first time ever using Verizon Wireless as your phone carrier you have to put down a $500 dollar deposit fee, that is if you pass their credit check. That fee is to make sure you pay your bills. If you don’t pay your bill on time or if you don’t finish the two-year contract, they keep your money. But if you do finish your contract they give it back to you. Verizon has some hidden fees, such as an activation fee that is $35 dollars. If you want to get a smart phone with Verizon Wireless, their plan requires an extra $10 dollars. On the other hand, Cricket Wireless does not require you to sign up for a contract, and you may cancel your service at any time without any extra fees. Cricket Wireless also does not charge an activation fee. Their service is pay as you go. You only pay for the month you want to use the service for and for the month you don’t want the service you simply don’t pay. It’s really easy to buy pre-paid cards for your service. You can get pre-paid card in almost every gas station, convenience store or you can just call customer service and pay through the phone with any kind of credit card.
