There are always companies trying to offer a better price to schools constantly and they are giving into these unbeatable prices without even thinking about the consequences (Junk Food). These foods are so cheap because they are manufactured and processed so that the company can produce as much as possible and as cheap as possible. This means that the foods given to the students are not up to its nutritional best and this is the main reason students are eating so poorly. Instead, McHenry County schools can begin to start buying their foods from local farmers and other companies that are local and are more nutritional. Vending machines can also be implemented with other things other than just chips, cookies and other junk foods like that.

On the food pyramid carbohydrates are at the bottom this is because you need to intake carbohydrates than any other food group. Having a piece of fruit would be good to have as its one of your 5 a day, and they contain the nutrients your body needs. Fruit is good for our bowels and would help the children go to the toilet regularly, this would prevent constipation.
Fancier coffee has become associated with higher society, and class and consumers want to buy something that will give them this satisfaction and the product that they enjoy. Although many people may not like natural food because it do not have not flavor, natural food does provide enough nutrients, so people can have more energy in their daily life performance. For instance, when I eat homemade food, I have sufficient energy to be able to study, play soccer, and go to work. Therefore, I enjoy more to eat homemade food than eating processing food. Pollen believes Cooking is one of the most important health consequences of buying food from local farmers” (Pollen539) I agree, because I feel so different when I do not eat homemade food. As a result, eating homemade food with natural ingredients, it would help me out to do better of my daily activities.
College students can waste almost all of their money on food if not spent wisely. For instance, taking a trip to the store and buying groceries will get students much more for their money than spending it on fast food all the time. Buying bread and deli meat is a good money saving decision because those sandwiches will last them longer than a fast food meal for a night. Students who are smart with their money and who make the right decisions on what and where to eat will save themselves large amounts of money. Also, buying healthier snacks may not taste as sweet as donuts or cakes but they do cost less.
We could even lower the cost of health care in the future as well. Unhealthy eating habits contribute to health problems such as diabetes, Madden 3 Obesity and heart problems. The eating habits that cause these problems are our negligence in every way and we must control them at all costs. We have to hold ourselves accountable rather than blaming some fast food place and take control of our lives. We can’t sue Wal Mart for selling us an unlimited amount of chocolates, so why can we consider suing due to the fact that we have consumed too many calories from a meal we purchased at some fast food establishment?

Once people reap the benefits of food banks, they will stay on because they can, even after they get out of poverty. Food banks rarely have the resources to visit people at their homes, but if they did, they would find that many people living the opposite of a life in poverty. When people do this, they take food away from people who really need it.
