Other noticeable things are what you feel, smell and believe it or not taste. But all those things come together and make this beach the most wonderful place. There is not much to dislike at the beach, except maybe a bad case of sunburn and everyone hates bad sunburn. Going to the beach is like the first warm day after a long and frigid winter. Overall a trip to the beach can be a calming getaway from the stress and the everyday pressures of life.
Wilderness helps individuals overlook their problems. In “Confluences” by Jennifer Sinor, the main character’s family had a tradition that consisted of going camping every year. Of this, she says, “Every summer we chose wilderness areas over national parks or forests in hopes that the additional work of getting there would mean having part of the planet to ourselves” (Sinor, 2008, p. 46). Wilderness is used as a bonding mechanism; they were able opportunity to connect and escape from everyday life by “talking about their successes and failures, future trips, hope for their children, and life in general” (Sinor, 2008, p. 46). This year’s retreat was especially crucial for the main character and her uncle who were both going through challenging times.
He wants to be prepared for his future and his career. Sal wants to major in forestry. This means he will put out the fire, when there’s a fire going on in the forest. It is a really dangerous field because many people can die because of the wind it may cause the fire to move or trees can fall on top of the men trying to put the fire out, this job can be very risky. Sal’s hobbies are riding his bike and doing BMX tricks on his bike because he says that makes him relaxed and gives him the opportunity to be free.
Hollywood by Dagoberto Gilb is a story of a Hispanic family on their first vacation in California. Luis and his wife, Marta, are spending the day with their son, Ramon, at the Santa Monica Beach. Even though it is winter, Luis decided that this was the best possible time to travel to California since it is still warm and the motel prices would be cheaper. The beach is vacant because of the winter weather, and Marta is worried that Ramon will catch a cold, but Luis insures her not to fret because Ramon was happy playing. Luis takes each and every opportunity to teach Ramon about the way of life and hard work.

Parking and entrance is free, however there is a drop box for donations. But the parking is so small, and if you go on the weekend, maybe you have problem for finding any parking space. There is encircled by a foot path around the lake, and it has many benches, pavilions, and alcoves that inviting you stop and smell the abundant roses. You can see the colorful flowers in the two sides of path; it makes you so cheerful.

The landscape deviates from dry to tropical rain forest to all the beaches. One of the best thing to do is do a summer camps that really make your time worth spending in the land of Australia. To all the travelers, anytime they want to visit Australia is a good time, whether it is Summer (December to February) which can turn out to be a wee bit hot, but do not fret as the sandy white beaches are available for you to cool off, with perhaps a cocktail or two. Or if you're into cold weather you can go in winter ( June to August) in which they offers skiing in NSW, Victoria and sometimes in Tasmania. However in time of spring and autumn the weather is perfectly gentle.
