This gives him confidence and allows him to be able to work on the problem without feeling ashamed. Another reason why friendly arguments are good occasionally is that it allows us room to freely express ourselves. If you do not take time to freely express yourself you could get lost in what someone else wants you to be or how someone else wants you to think. You have to determine your self worth from time to time which isn’t always easy. This is where the arguments may kick in but in the end you will be more appreciated for being you and you in turn will be better understood.
Yet, it always easy to say but hard to do it. Sometimes, my thinking just comes out of nowhere and I do not even realized it. I do try to control my thinking when it starts heading to the bad direction. Most of the time when I think something is going to be bad or not the way I plan it, it ends up bad because I already think about it. On the other hand, if I do not think about it or tell myself that it is going to be fine, it usually nothing happens.

I think that most people resist change at some point in time and that it may take other people longer to adapt to changes than others, and some may not adapt at all. I think most people prefer stability and tend to avoid situations that increase stress levels or put themselves at risk. People resist change for several reasons.

It’s stated that the way it can become unethical is if the client gets exploited. Bartering is legal and ethical, but it’s flawed with trouble and many times has negative outcomes. Certain schools that take after the name of Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, and other honored leaders are not diverse. In the South Bronx, it is very unlikely to find a white student in the classroom and if there is a white student, their presence is a shock or surprise to the other students. In a Seattle district made up of about half Caucasian families, mostly black students occupied the Thurgood Marshall Elementary School. White parents in this district would send their children to a mainly white school. Diverse is just a word that schools throw out to make their school look better and welcoming to every race.
This is much safer than illegal enhancer, and it is tested to be safe and legal. The problem is that many people even though this is legal, still think this is bad and illegal because of the results that are shown with some of these guys. But remember this is what they do for a living work out everyday. And have perfect bodies. This doesn’t mean athletes should be alright to use them, if they are going to allow legal enhancers their should be an extremely strict limit on the kind they can take and how much they can take.
I also need to work on keeping some of my emotions to myself because they are very easy to see on my face when something is bothering me. I have a big heart and don’t like to see others hurt or etc. Being a Medical Assistant I’m sure can be very stressful at times and I think that’s to be expecting in this career choice, so that’s something that I’m going to have to learn to manage. I do well with stress but I’ve never been a Medical Assistant so I’m sure the stress could be different that what I’m used to dealing with. My mom always told me “Leave work at work, and leave home at home” don’t mix the two cause it can be way to stressful at times if you do.
Valuing colleagues expertise is essential because everyone has different experiences so there is always something new you can learn from other people in life. Open communication gains trust, respect and also makes for a better learning environment. Communication also helps, if you start to ‘gossip’ others may not be open to this, but also because some ‘gossip’ get lost in translation. If you respect others then they will then respect you, making the environment you work in a nicer place to be. You won’t go too far wrong in life if you always treat others the way you expect to be
