If nations are involved, it can lead to imminent war. Different communication styles can lead to misunderstandings between employees, individuals or friends, and nations as well. A lack of communication can drive conflict underground. This entire world is made up of individuals and nations who see things differently. Everybody has different values.
Moral regulation the way in which society regulates individuals, the norms and values which constrain people’s behaviour. He believed that when these functions break down, the individual could not control the environment they live in and are left to their own devices. He called this anomie (society in which individuals do not have any firm guidelines about the way to behave with each other.) (Lawson and Garrod 1996).Social change could create anomie, such as closure of large factories causing high unemployment. Thus possibly creating a link leading to suicidal tendencies.
so when the empire collapsed, they were left with nothing and had to strive very desperately to obtain back what they had lost. The change was imposed because the dependence of the people was completely and entirely destroyed since their dependence was just immensely strong. And so because they had lost it, their lives became much more
And, in the same way that to become a social human being one modifies and suppresses and, ultimately, without great courage, lies to oneself about all one’s interior, uncharted chaos, so have we, as a nation, modified or suppressed and lied about all the darker forces in our history. We know, in the case of the person, that whoever cannot tell himself the truth about his past is trapped in it, is immobilized in the prison of his undiscovered self. This is also true of nations. We know how a person, in such a paralysis, is unable to assess either his weaknesses or his strengths, and how frequently indeed he mistakes
It feels as is everyone’s heart has become cold. What made this country one of the greatest nations on earth had been its Christian values in where we are called to “love our neighbor as we love ourselves” among many things. Lately, America’s credit rating has been downgraded in my opinion as a product of many unethical behaviors in our corporate world and alongside that its ethical values have also been downgraded. Our children are running wild without respect to their elders and rebel to any type of authority. I believe that society has been at war with the institution of family.
On one hand, if we forego the idea of society as a whole and focus simply on the idea of helping ourselves, like the banks in The Grapes of Wrath, we will result in the destruction of the lower and middle classes, ultimately leading to depression, followed by revolution. This was proven through the fall of the communist Soviet Union, when the people eventually became tired of living in poverty and demanded change. Their failure to provide a reason for people to push themselves to excel was ultimately their demise. On the other hand, if we are to constantly help the needy and forget about the responsibilities that we have to ourselves, we not only hurt ourselves by always giving away the things that we have worked for but we also endanger the needy. If they are constantly provided for, how are the less fortunate going to learn to provide for themselves and why would they be motivated to do
When Communism became something real and physical, America felt their economy was even more endangered, concerned that it would spread to them and destroy what they had. Communism and Capitalism are opposite concepts, and so the Americans greatly feared Communism, something that put, what they considered to be, an excellent society in jeopardy. A drastic change was too large for them to cope with, and was one they saw as negative, fearful it would result in the deconstruction of a stable society. There will always be an inevitable conflict when Communism and Capitalism are pitched against each other, and so the Americans felt threatened by this. The West felt threatened by Communism too because it caused Russia to pull out of the war, thus losing them a good ally.
This led to Russia being in the control of the German Alexandria, who was hated by the Russian people because of her inability to speak Russian, her reliance on Grigory Rasputin, a mystic who claimed to heal her son, her antisocial, depressed attitude and a general political incompetence to rival Nicholas’s. This was a terrible mistake because it broke the faith of the people, and setting them against their leaders, which would result in them conspiring to bring down the tsardom. This last mistake of Nicholas II turned the people against him, his dynasty, and his tsardom, and the people reacted by causing the downfall of the Romanov
These loses know how to bring great regret and guilt to Creon. Creon suddenly experiences his horrible anagorisis. He realizes that had he only listened to Haimon, Theriesies, or Charagos sooner, the people closest to him would not have left him. Although his hubris once maintained fear in his people, it eventually results in a significant loss of respect. In this unimaginable position of sorrow there is nothing Creon can do to fix anything at all.
It seems to be generally felt and acknowledged, that the affairs of this country are in a ruinous situation. With vast resources in our hands, we are impoverished by the continual drain of money from us in foreign trade; our navigation is destroyed; our people are in debt and unable to pay; industry is at a stand; our public treaties are violated, and national faith, solemnly plighted to foreigners and to our own citi-zens, is no longer kept. We are discontented at home, and abroad we are insulted and despised. In this exigency people naturally look up to the continental Convention, in hopes that their wisdom will provide some effectual remedy for this complication of disorders. It is perhaps the last opportunity which may be presented to
