I hope that by the end of this essay I would have brought more understanding and compassion to this affliction. First, I will discuss what is PTSD. The type of injuries that need to be reported are – • The death of any person (Regulation 6) • Specified Injuries to workers (Regulation 4) • Injuries to workers which result in their incapacitation for more than 7 days(Regulation 4) • Injuries to non-workers which result in them being taken directly to hospital for treatment, or specified injuries to non-workers which occur on hospital premises. (Regulation 5) COSSH 1994 COSSH is control of substances hazardous to health. COSSH requires employees to carry out the correct risk assessments and to ensure that employees are aware of the hazards.

The Lead Supervisor shall then report to the Owner the incident. Any incident resulting in the death of one (1) or more persons; or in the hospitalization of three (3) or more persons, shall be reported to the closest OSHA office within eight (8) hours by the Owner. Administrative due process for suspensions and revocations a. Individual Services will promulgate separate regulations establishing administrative due process procedures for suspension or revocation of driving privileges. The procedures in paragraphs b and c , below, apply to actions taken by Army commanders with respect to Army military personnel and family members and to civilian personnel operating motor vehicles on Army installations. For Marine Corps users, the provisions of this paragraph apply. For Air Force users, a preliminary suspension for intoxicated driving remains in effect until the installation commander makes a final decision.

The Unit Commander: (1) Be responsible for overall hearing conservation program as defined in AR Regulation 40-5.
