Having an open recruitment process allows for all that apply a fair recruitment process because everyone that applies is considered qualified for the position. When Tanglewood utilizes the media and employee referrals, it allows for a large number of applicants to apply. This process, in my opinion makes it an open recruitment process. When an employee refers a candidate for the position, that candidate can be employed without utilizing the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) - based method of recruitment. Also, when Tanglewood utilizes the kiosk for applicants interested in a position, It is also an open based recruitment process, because the company is not implementing the recruitment process, but the kiosk is by providing applicants with the visual, testing, and analytical stages that the job will entail.
The photos on Sonja’s website will be photographed by her life partner, a professional photographer, for free of charge. Her partner will also be providing the editing software and hardware required to present professional photos to Sonja’s customers.
