They also provide good information to fellow professionals. Communication is vital throughout a child’s time within our setting and we talk to the children and their families about likes/dislikes. Observing them within our setting gives us limited information and differing conditions from their home situations. Children react differently to home surroundings and family members than they do with fellow children and other adults. General observations are often noted within my setting and the information is shared between colleagues and in particular with the children’s key workers.
Angela Jefferson AED/200 April 23, 2013 Professor Carrie Cook There are various cultural exchange and interconnectedness between many different societies around the world. When diversity and inclusion is included within a classroom, the teaching styles become very unique. When a teacher teaches students about the importance of inclusion while in a multicultural classroom, it can help the students to better understand stereotypes. Moreover, it can help the students learn about each other cultural background. As an aspiring teacher, it would be important to promote diversity in the classroom so that it can be a comfortable haven for the students to learn.

Foremost among the concerns and of interest to child development specialists are practices of socialization and culturally-relevant educational practices and programs. The basic purpose of the child developmental specialist is to enhance the child’s ability to develop on both social and cognitive levels, including language proficiency. (Goss, n.d.). Unit 209 Support children and young people behaviour How you could be an effect role model to children and young people In your placement in the school I believe I could be an effective role model by setting a good example to the children I work with. As studies have shown, children learn more from copying behaviour around them, rather than just being told what to do. Children are mostly influenced by teachers, parents, friends and support workers. All the adults should be aware of their own behaviour and mannerism, and the effect could have on the children. Children can pick up behaviour and attitudes from adults from around them .For this reason, I feel my appearance must always be presentable and my clothes should be appropriate to wear in a school setting.
1.4 Explain common barriers to integrated working and multi-agency working and how these can be over come. Multi-agency working brings together practitioners from different sectors and professions to provide an integrated way of working to support children, young people and families. It is a way of working that ensures children and young people who need additional support have exactly the right professionals needed to support them. Integrated working focuses on enabling and encouraging professionals to work together effectively to deliver effective care for children. Children in their early years may have a range of needs and the way that we work together as practitioners can have a positive impact on their health, development and learning.

Teachers should embody clarity, stillness and insight, and maintain an orientation towards the sacred. A teacher should recognize each
We were given the right to have the freedom to do what we please. These rights must be secured, not distorted to benefit the needs of our parents. When our rights have been obliterated, it is our right, to disobey the laws of mankind. We must go beyond what we normally would to take a stand. We must institute a relationship where it is the right of the children to alter or abolish the rules and regulations that we find offensive.
