If we go and show bad attitude and show that we are negative to certain people around them. Then we could make children to be the same way, which is not a good example to them as young children don’t know the differences between right and wrong. Children should be given the chance to explore new risks, not to put them in danger, but to help them with their confidence. If children are exposed to risks while they’re growing up, they will be shown how to handle them. Some people may argue that the children taking risk can have a positive impact on children’s development and their needs. On the other hand, some may say exposing risks to children can be very dangerous and should be removed but in my opinion, if they aren’t exposed to risks, they will not be prepared for risks later in life and will not know how to take control of the situation. Yes, children may get hurt a little whilst exploring these risks but they will then learn how to avoid this hazard and keep safe in the future.An example from my setting is telling a child not to touch the radiator because it will be hot.
Another approach would be through Play Therapy. Play Therapy allows the child to feel comfortable within a play environment instead of an office that may be intimidating. This approach is best for a child who does not want to deal with the trauma directly but may act out the events through his or her play behaviors (James, 2008) . The therapist would use games, art, and other play methods. If the PTSD behaviors of the child seem to be too much for the child to cope and other therapies are not taking effect as needed, medication may be the next resort.

The problem comes from them taking risk’s and not understanding that they are putting themselves in dangers. TDA 3.6 2.1 Children and young people can experience prejudice and discrimination on many different levels. This can range from how they look, the clothes they were, how they speak, their religion and beliefs, their gender, their age, for having a disability. This can start of very simply as being picked on from having a different type of uniform (skirt, coat, shoes) etc, and can lead to a child being excluded from joining in games and play because of this. This can continue on a daily basis with children thinking they are playing and aren’t doing anything wrong. Sometimes this is learned behaviour from home and is hard for young children to understand that you are telling them it is not okay to call names because of someone’s skin colour or how they look .
The child will learn to share toys and develop a better vocabulary by listening to others talking. There is also a risk of stress by the child feeling unsafe this can lead to them isolating themselves from the group and not trying to mix with others, this can be hard as they won’t have their parents or career there for support. Another predictable life event is when we leave home/leaving care. The positive learning that they will get from this will be a sense of independence and maturity. They will have to learn to make their own decisions and be responsible for more house work such as cleaning, shopping and general house duties.

Final Product #2 By banning books, it creates a negative effect on kids and adults and possibly even eliminate the teachings of life lessons for students. Going through life without the knowledge of what else is out there besides “good” in people can be harsh for some people especially for kids. Kids would not be able to handle life too well in the real world, if the whole time when they were younger they were being protected from all the "bad things" and “bad people.” Many people decide to do what they think is best for the safety of children, but in reality when kids grow up to be adults sometimes it harms them in more ways than helping them. Books shouldn't be banned from society, but some books do have suggestive content or profanity. When the so-called “negative parts” of the books remain, kids gain knowledge of what is and what is not good to do, say, or act.
If you appear angry and unfriendly, then the child will try to avoid any contact with you or will just stay quiet when you ask them a question. Linked into this attribute would be humour. Children love laughter and it can also help increase their attention span during lessons, as the children will be concentrating on what you say, just in case you say something funny. Building a good relationship with the children also has a serious side as they will begin to feel comfortable coming to you if they have any problems. It could be from issues with their school work, to something more serious and personal.
