1. Scenario Unilever is a famous international company that sells food, beverages and personal care products. They have the successful Paul Polman as Chief Executive Officer and, more importantly, they have a quality control department under the management of David (David is a 38 years old, manager of the division for 5 years, he has been awarded Quality Engineer Certification, he loves playing golf and reading books). The company earned their good reputation as a result of the functionality of the quality department. It has been working efficiently under the supervision of David until a group of fresh graduates joined the department due to its need of a larger staff. One of these employees is Thomas (he is a 22 year old, quality engineer graduate with a low CGPA, he is a sport enthusiast especially when it comes to football) the other employee is Michael (Michael is 23 years old, he graduated from college with Excellent with Honours order of merit, he was known as a smart guy but he was unwilling to hear others opinions, he does not have a hobby as he is dedicating his spare time to work and provide money for his poor family) and the last addition to the staff is Kate (Kate is 24 years old, she is from a rich family, she was not interested in completing her education, she is considered shopping addict). The three of them showed a lot of promise at the beginning of their working time in the department, however, the group tend to make individual decisions without consulting each other in order to show the importance of their roles in the division. Despite the fact that Michael is trying his best to do the job, but he doesn’t accept from other co-workers assessing or trying to help him doing the job properly.
