An expression of a person’s individuality, a group identity, how they connect and are influenced by others e.g. nationality, sports team Also can be greatly influenced by important people to you such as family. SELF IMAGE How you see yourself or how others see you, things like physical characteristics, traits and beliefs It can also be what you want to be or try to be SELF ESTEEM how you feel about yourself what you think others think about you. In your mind you assess whether you are “living up to” your identity and self-image. If you don’t meet you ideals that can make you have low self-esteem and lessen your wellbeing.
