Laziness will kill you. Stop watching TV, get off the couch and DO something! We love it, we hate it and we love to hate it. The TV is probably one of our most precious things in our homes. We spend many hours in front if it zapping through the enormous amount of channels. It’s literarily eating up our free time and people are getting fatter and fatter, lazier and lazier. Since television has become the most common way of entertainment and amusement in todays world. It has replaced many of our physical and important activities, like sports and reading. Yes, I believe that television is the opium of the people and I think it should stop. It has gone too far already. People spend hours watching television, which can be damaging to the physical and mental health. It also increases obesity, which is the cause of many treacherous diseases like heart disease and diabetes (which can be life-threatening diseases). Television causes laziness and inefficiency in people And laziness itself kills people. The “couch potato lifestyle” kills 5 million people every year studies find.
