Children in Canada are fortunate “If you love him, bring him to go to New York, because it is a heaven; if you hate him, put him to go to New York, because it is a hell.”(1) It was a very famous quote in a TV serial named << Peking Person Live in New York>>. It is similar to Canada. One of popular sentence to describe Canada is “It is a heaven to kids, a battle field to adult.” When people talk about Canada, the first impression is prefect environment, the second is the completed system for children. In addition, the high quality education is top of world. As a result, if the children live in Canada, they will benefit from environment, education, policy.
This is a journey that he values deeply and wishes to share with his friends. When Cohn is speaking to Jake about going to South America he replies, “I like this town and I go to Spain every summertime” (Hemingway 10). What he is referring to when he says he goes to Spain is that he sets out on his own pilgrimage, and it is part of his well-ordered and ritualized life. It is highly unlikely, due to the other characters personalities that they would set out on this type of journey if it were not for Jake inviting them. This annual visit to Spain may consist of the same things every year for Jake, but having his friends join him on this pilgrimage changes how he views the actual importance and effect this has on him.

They deal with local, regional and national issues which helps people understand what is going on all over the country, in effect bringing it closer together. These programs provide many different views and opinions to get an overview of Canadian society as a whole. Canadian traditions, such as ‘Hockey Night in Canada’, demonstrate national pride and, in this specific case, celebrates something that is distinctly of Canadian
Puerto Rican American When I was thirteen years of age, my family and I boarded on a plane heading towards New York City. I was extremely upset about the move because I loved my school and was going to miss our house, and all of my friends in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. My mother seemed excited for my father’s interview and possible new job in the service industry at a restaurant that he got from his brother in law. My mother was also ecstatic to possibly start a career as well because she also said New York City is the city where dreams come true. My parents told me I had cousins in New York City and we were going to move in with them in Brooklyn.
The places a person can go are only limited by the “chariot” or the “courser” of your imagination. In Emily Dickinson’s Poem, “There is no Frigate like a Book”, she uses symbolism to show us how the book and imagination can take us on an adventure. Frigate is used to show us how we can go on a ship for an adventure. Sail the seas with Columbus and discover America, or fish for Alaskan king crab, or sail to Italy. There is no limit on where a good book represented by the ship can take us.
My own identity is centred around the place I came from, who my parents were, where I grew up, how I was raised, where I am today and where I am going. When my parents decided to have me, or my siblings, they didn’t say, we better hold off on having kids because there is too much American influence. They lived their lives as Canadians with the hopes and dreams of all Canadians. I will even go as far as saying that they embraced the Canadian Dream, living in this our free country, with the maple leaf flag, the Great Canadian Lakes, ten provinces all joined together in a hope of a greater future as Canadians. INTERVIEWS ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT CANADIANS Yes, Canada for me is a state of mind and a state of living, a place I call home, a place where I am proud to have raised my kids, a place where they will continue to raise their own.
Swimming in the water, sunbathing, eating juicy burgers straight from the grill, tubing down the river, scuba diving to find lost treasure, and enjoying the beautiful scenery the river offers. I didn’t want to leave that day. I wish I could go down every day to repeat things. But I knew I would be back
I became a big sensation around Poland at a very young age. My parents wanted more for me. After much discussion, my family thought it would be best if I came to America, where there would be more opportunities for me and my developing talent. World War I just ended, and Europe was a complete and utter mess. My town was transforming before my eyes.
The historical impact that made this a significant to Canadian history is that the Canadian Bill of Rights gave everyone in Canada the freedom and rights. This is why it is important to study this second issue in Canadian
