There are also various benefits to outsourcing such as the ability for the staff to focus on core related business functions. The vendors normally have access to better technology that would otherwise only be available with a large investment by the organization. Costs associated with an outsourcing agreement are primary, secondary and incremental. The implications of outsourcing for the business can be to strengthen the business structure or can lead to a weakness.

A more common and relevant issue is the identification, and communication of exactly what is needed for a given project, or photo-shoot. If the photographer is being given creative license then the scope of the shoot, or images needed needs to be established upfront in great detail. It is important that the communication between the two colleagues is to a good level in order for work to be carried out properly and efficiently. To develop a workplace diversity plan it is helpful to gather information about the organisations current environment. This information forms the starting point for setting the plans objectives. The main problem with the evaluation tools and techniques when encountering the company issues was hard to determine. The group found many options could have been more urgent than others; it was necessary to really prioritize and stay focus on our main goal. When there is a short-term and long-term goal in mind, people can organize all options and determine which ones will get to the goal faster and easier. The stimulation was amazing because it allowed us to see how a decision could affect the company and what would be the best decision for the future. Advantages of using compromise include faster issue resolution, so therefore may be more practical when time is a factor. It can also be used to provide a temporary solution while parties still look for a win-win solution to the conflict. It also enables the levels of tension and stress to be lowered therefore making it a better working environment for the time being. There are also disadvantages which include requiring close monitoring of the situation to ensure that agreements are met, it doesn’t help build trust in the staff team in the long run and could also result in a situation where both parties are not satisfied with the outcome derived and so you could be back to the beginning with trying to solve the original
