Is that an academic reference?With the aim of attaining excellent provisions of health care, health care establishments must contain high-quality leaders and managers. It has been observed that there is a rise in the exigency of acquiring the finest managers and leaders in the fields of health care. It is for this reason that the general public are on the lookout for individuals who are capable in formulating appropriate resolutions and in bringing forward suitable answers to their crisis. This is an exposition of one’s understanding and practice on the subject of leadership within the National Health Service. Essential terms such as theories and structures revolving around leadership will be contemplated. Instances and situations will be stated, assessed and appraised. All the way through, the transformational leadership style will be accentuated and underlined for this specific style has been utilised by the NHS in its entirety. In addition to that, the pros and cons, the advantages and disadvantages of this style will be put onto detail. Leadership is essential for the motivation it directs to a number of required results at the individual, group and organisational levels. Leadership can be identified in several diverse manners.
