The time off and leave program can be compared to Enhanced Profitability that is discussed in chapter two. As discussed in chapter two employees like to have the ability to be able to take care of their personal business without worrying about the time off taken from work. Also, having days off to spend time with family on the holidays and when emergencies arises is a very important factor. Employees should feel that the company they work for cares about their personal life as much as they care about them being at work and providing the employees with these particular benefits shows this. Create a strategy for ensuring that the Geico plan addresses all of the advantages. The first plan to the strategy would be to get a team together from different departments of the company to come up with ideas from the employees that would interest them. Once the ideas have been gathered, have a meeting with company members to see which ideas can be implemented into the company without causing a high financial strain.
