The plumber called the theatre late in the afternoon and said she could not arrive until the next day. The theater tried to shut off the water to the sink but could not. The theater did send an employee in with a mop every 15 minutes to mop up the water. However, this did not prevent the floor from becoming slippery. Kelly wishes to sue the theatre for its failure to maintain the bathroom in a safe condition.

Stroot informed management and some efforts were made to fix the upstairs shower. No repairs were made in Stroot’s apartment. The landlord stated that “the problem was caused by the upstairs tenants taking “sloppy” showers.” A few months later, on May 6 1994, Stroot called emergency maintenance because the hold in her bathroom ceiling was expanding and had become very large. It was no longer just a leak; she
File form is the ways that the filmmakers use to show the story scenes and express the concepts that they want to tell. Filmmakers make use of various shots and filming angles to present different film content. For example, when a particular scene’s action has broken down into many shots, the filmmaker can utilize this fragmentation to precisely control what audience see, when they see it, how they see it, how long they see it, and in what order they see it. The film form directly influence the perspectives and points of view of the audiences since the audiences have to follow filmmakers’ shots and angles to watch the movies and understand the stories. And that’s why film form can shape an audience’s experience.

The nurse informs the phlebotomist that the patient has formed a complaint against him and did not want him, in particular, to draw her blood. The blood had been drawn from the dorsal side of her hand for several days, which was now bruised and swollen. The patient complained of moderate pain, especially when she moved her fingers. Upon observation there was a diffuse ecchymosis over the dorsal side of the hand that extends up the forearm to the elbow.

Sullivan will most likely be able to establish that his employer, Lonestar Bank, is liable for false imprisonment. In the state of Texas, to establish a claim for false imprisonment, the plaintiff must prove that (i.) the defendant willfully detained the plaintiff; (ii.) that the defendant detained the plaintiff without lawful authority; and (iii.) that the defendant detained the plaintiff without his consent.
This is an EXAMPLE of what i am looking for: What requires investigation? What requires legal research? What sources of law / legal authority? Stealer says that the taking occurs only if the defendant has left the premises. We would want to try and obtain security video to clearly show the stop inside the store.
It is from this vantage point that one needs to assess all characteristics of film, including the development of sound. Accordingly, the central query for such an appraisal must be how does this particular property (sound) contribute or detract from the medium’s intended effect? Münsterberg’s early death notwithstanding, one can hypothesize from chapter nine of his work The Photoplay: A Psychological Study as to his probable judgment concerning sound in cinema. The Means of the Photoplay, as Münsterberg coined this portion of his study, refers directly to the modes of perception that give film its unique elegance as an art: the aesthetic and psychological. From these two analyses, Münsterberg declares a formative principle: We recognized there that the photoplay, incomparable in this respect with the drama, gave us a view of dramatic events which was completely shaped by the inner movements of the mind…
Alexandre Bardet Professor Searcy English Com 122 18 Oct, 2010 The MPAA should review the way ratings are completed in the terms of Sexual content in the films viewed. After viewing the movie “This movie is not yet rated”, you cannot miss the confusion moviemakers have about their ratings received. Any Sexual content in films has to receive a rating. Although it is totally understandable, a “R” rating would allow the moviemaker to extend its commercial use on TV or else; a “NC-17” rating will not allow them to project their film in most of the movie theaters. The “sex” issue in the movies should be reviewed by the MPAA, because how could someone rate an act of love and passion when we live in a society with violence.
