Education is the key to uniting nations, bringing human beings closely together. In many parts of the world, civil society suffers because of situations of violent conflicts and war. It is important to recognize the crucial role of education in contributing to building a culture of peace and condemning instances in which education is undermined in order to attack democracy and tolerance. However, nowadays there are still some children in some parts of the world still uneducated for lots of different reasons, like financial difficulty and discrimination against girls. Not everyone will agree that education can help in achieving peace, however, it does to some point. In my opinion, education can lead to peace as if the children will be educated from now on and if they will study the problems of nowadays, then their minds will develop further more to solve or even prevent the political and environmental problems that we are having now. However, some children do not have much interest in education, as there had been a lot of technological and entertainment development so the nowadays children choose to spend their free time on entertainment rather than developing their knowledge skills. Nevertheless, in schools, they try to teach the students on how the world is different and how there are different beliefs, different traditions and the different cultures, so the children will understand and observe that everyone is different and that there is no need to judge or to fight. Locally in Dubai, anyone and everyone can go to school if they want to. In the schools, there are mix of nationalities and religions, most of the schools where the main teaching language is English is international, which means there are students coming from all over the world.
