We have suggested four possible options namely; Compromise, Collaborate, Expose Frank Davis, Shift and Quit. The options have been evaluated along the criteria of- Financial Security, Retention of Autonomy, Ambition, and Relationship Maintenance with McDonald. The recommendation given is to collaborate with Frank Davis to reach a style of working that is agreeable to both, as it met all the above criteria in varying degrees. We were able to appreciate and account for power and political play in an office scenario through this case study.
