The target is little children to teenagers ages 5-15 or maybe a little older. Now we are trying new targets which are senior citizen and low income workers. We will make the food a little healthier put in a Cesar salad with cooked chicken with a baked potatoes chips and water. They will sell in nursing homes, bingo clubs, and golf clubs for senior citizens and in every office caferitra and delis around the work force for low income people. The price will be affordable for the people in need.
Sine I decided to treat lose weight as a part of my behavior change, I would like to change my daily meals into health. I decided to be a vegetarian for two month. Eat vegetable could reduce carbon, increased skin health, increased natural consumption of antioxidants, and maintaining weight balance. I know that American foods are really boring and unhealthy, so I decided to cook Chinese vegetable dishes everyday. For instance, a blank croissant with a cup of milk for breakfast.
Currently I have been eating very healthy. I have been buying different fruits and vegetables that look good and have been juicing a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. I have found my bowel movements are much better due to this. Six months ago, I was eating very unhealthy. For breakfast I could have potato chips, a couple slices of bread with butter, and other processed snacks, for lunch I would have a baconator at Wendy’s, with a small fry, and a small soda, then for dinner I would eat whatever is at home.
