Sketch the plant layout and state diagrams and calculate the performance of ideal and practical heat pump and vapourcompression and absorption refrigeration cycles 3. Determine properties of gas/vapour mixtures using steam tables and psychrometric charts and evaluate the performance of air conditioning systems 4.
