The Three Most Important Things in My Life Have you ever felt left out? Or, alone because you feel like no one likes you or loves you? Today I am going to tell you about me feeling this way and how I have slowly overcome these feelings. First, I am going to start by telling you my name, which most of you know, is Mary. Then, I am going to move on to my main points. I have important things in my life, but I am only going to be informing you about the three most important. Of all the important things in my life, I would have to say that God is the most important. Growing up as a child I spent most of my life in church. However, this all changed when my grandfather passed away. I spent about six to ten years away from God when I lost my grandfather. Getting back in church was very complicated for me. After spending so much time away from God, I was a completely different person. This all changed, however, when I accepted God into my life my freshmen year of high school. Freshmen year was a very bad year excluding the fact I had just let God in my life. I felt left out of everything, like no one liked or loved me, and as though I was a nobody. I decided to just try to ignore everything and pray to God that everything would go away. Now, I attend church regularly. God is my idol. I now try to act like I do not let things get to me. I plan to spend the rest of my life in church, eventually becoming a youth director along with our song leader in my church. Without God, I would not be able to make it through school, nor would I have been able to make it this far. The second most important thing in my life is my family. My family, that means the most to me, consists of my brothers, sisters, mom, dad, grandfather, niece, nephew, and my church family. Without my brothers, sisters, mom, and dad, I would not be who I am today. I would do anything for them. My grandpa was my
