Pharmasim Individual Report April 18, 2012 MBA642 Marketing Management Marie Stewman Pharmasim Marketing Plan For my marketing plan, the best resource was the team rounds completed during class as my basis for research. Based on team play, I started with reviewing the first performance summary and determined this would be reviewed prior to making changes in each round. My plan began with choosing a target audience that would build loyalty, continuously review their values as well as my competitors, and set goals based on each of the reports given. I would first determine the levels of awareness and then continue to watch that plus the satisfactions levels to determine where the most investments should be given. The other detail I would need to continuously evaluate was the brand perceptions which would determine the best messaging used based on perceived values.
Evaluate the team’s overall effectiveness in meeting its objectives, making recommendation for improvements To whom it may concern, I am just writing to you regarding how I feel the teams overall performance and how we achieved the objectives for the day. Although we had only a few weeks to plan the event and had to talk in front of nearly 60 or so people as a team we we’re able to create a fun and exciting day for everyone, being able to give advice and tips on how to improve personal skills and group skills. Everyone was able to give their own opinion from the moment we started organising the event. We went off in smaller informal groups of 2 or 3 on a to focus on a chosen part of the day such as ‘Activities’, ‘Budget’, ‘Presentation’ and ‘Layout Schemes’ and any other smaller parts that needed to be looked over and covered by everyone as a formal group. We made A3 Plans of mind maps and all contributed different ideas of how to make the day memorable and effective for those who participated.

Lessons learnt from class/readings/case study last week: The Henry Silva case study presented to our group a situation that we found inspiring. Silva, like us, was still in the student phase of his life, but he was able to use his passion of business, experiences, and knowledge from schooling to be put forth towards a larger goal. Thus far throughout the course we have looked at change agents as being individuals associated with the organization, or consultants brought in specifically for the situation. Silva however walked into the opportunity of becoming a potential change agent by being the one to speak up to Perkins. He presented current issues that the firm was facing, and his opinion that the firm was not operating at their full capacity.

Good Assessment Task Educational Assessment Methods ED305 March 05, 2013 Good Assessment Task "Assessment (as I define it) is not something to be despised or ignored as irrelevant or impossible but embraced as an essential aspect of learning and the best way to truly understand and improve that learning.” —Bill Moore As I read the study and after watching the video I realized that assessment has a legitimate purpose. From my own experience in the Army we use assessment in learning on a daily basis. When I was in any military school we were assessed on what we learned and also how we comprehended it. Sometimes our instructors would get so competitive with the other instructors on having a class with the highest grade that they began teaching to pass the test and not really teaching to standard of actually learning and understanding what was taught.
