HITLER On 20th April 1889 I entered this world crying like most babies do. On that day no one would have thought that this innocent child would play a major role in one of the most horrendous event that history had ever witnessed- “THE HOLOCAUST” At the age of 19 I moved to Vienna to study arts but failed to get admission in the Academy of Arts, disheartened I left Vienna and went to Germany to volunteer for service in the German army during World War 1. When the war ended the country was bankrupt and people were unemployed all because of the Versailles treaty that Germany was forced to sign. Filled with rage I joined the National Socialist Germans workers Social Party (Nazis) in 1920 and later became the party’s leader. On January 30, 1933, President Paul von Hindenburg appointed me Chancellor of Germany. Once in this position, I moved quickly toward attaining a dictatorship. When von Hindenburg died in 1934, I had already gained control of Germany. My dream of a racially pure empire was now beginning to take shape. The riots cause due to the passing of the Nuremberg Laws provided me with the perfect opportunity to strike at the Jews and ordered a mass execution in Poland in 1939 and 1940. The concentration camps set up during the 2nd World War were for the sole purpose of killing men women children who were Jews, Poles, Gypsies, Handicaps or Homosexuals. From the first day that I seized power, I knew that only sudden death awaited me and though I wasn’t fully successful in accomplishing my goals I was and will always be remembered as a powerful leader of a powerful
