Culture and Society Introduction Roles of men and women have changed in today's context, unlike the past; it was caused by cultural and sociological changes around the communities. On this project will be the study of the Roles of Men and Women in a Society. The objective is to investigate the changes in responsibility of men and women, adapting to changes in work, family life and the difference between Men and Women; what they both can or cannot do in the society. In addition nowadays are women and men equal yet? In Thailand. The result will be from the questionnaire that have been created and let the target people do it. There is a complexity in understanding the role of men and women in a society. Scientists and biologists are challenging themselves to explain the mental and behavioral processes of genders. In the past we all know that the role of men and women were totally different and absolutely unequal. And the way people thinking and react to each other. What were the reasons behind this? Do we all are equal now? Therefore, the purpose of this project is to find the result of the perspective view from people living in Thailand. The Role of Women in Thailand From the Thai Constitution guarantees women equal rights with men, but in fact in many areas of daily life, women still face discrimination. However, over the past few decades, women have made giant strides toward true equality. Women in Thailand enjoy freedom unattainable for representatives of the sex in many countries. While in the lower strata of society they have not yet found constitutionally guaranteed protection from exploitation, the upper strata of women are concentrated in the hands of their considerable power.
