In the photography field it is important that the products and services be not only user friendly, but offers a variety of features and easily transferable data. Some important features include zoom range, video recording, time between taking pictures (on digital cameras), and memory card and the length of time needed to transfer pictures.

Without prior market penetration of an organization’s competetitors, the usefulness and effectiveness of properly marketing a new product or service can be quite burdensome. This is due to the fact that an organization runs a major risk of constantly striving to maintain its customer base, as the new type of product or service has not yet been introduced into the maintstream. A line of communication will need to take place with the owner, project managers, accounting department, human resources, financial department, investors, and even with the company’s clients. Another reason the elements of the system could be missed by having too much data and being overwhelmed with information, the best way to keep track of different systems is to have a project scope to tackle down one system at time so the data of information will not be so immense and not so much
Ensure information is up date and secured from a reputable source are the only ways you can be sure of its validity. Gathering raw data instead of correlated data can also prevent bias. Methods of collection are: * checking research provided by others * checking written material including referrals and client files * classification tools * individual research * information from other organisations * interviews with colleagues/customers * observation and listening * previous file records old information Outdated information gives misleading and in accurate facts which could have a huge impact on decision making. For instance, certain alternatives should be indicated as a fall back plan in case the team runs out of resources away from home.

After which they will examine the independences of the various tasks, skills and other resources (Keller, 1998). Doing this will result in the project plan and coming up with a with an appropriate budget for the project as having a good plan and a realistic budget will result in the budget going well according to needs of the client. If the either the plan or the budget is poorly done then this will prove to be harmful to the client as the project can and will over run its spending limits (budget) and also go over the specified period that it was intended to last and therefore the client will lose both time and money.
