Frederick Douglass and Malcolm X get success further on their lives. Frederick Douglass and Malcolm X is the great and inspiring person in the world. They are also an example for us to improve our learning process in our life. While learning the stories written by Frederick Douglass and Malcolm X, the lessons I have learned from them is to take the advantage of educations that I have received from school, college, professors, and from my friends. Team B: Mellissa Smith 1. What went well in the project? What could have gone better? I thought the project work itself was fun, creating the reports and memos and other communication were great practice for the real world. Merle was a working mother with three children and a partner who worked away from town. The qualities I admired most were:- * Merle always had a positive attitude and always had, or made time, for the staff . * she was able to explain tasks and demonstrate what was required to complete the tasks in a manner that everyone was able to understand. * Merle always provided feedback with a positive attitude, yes even bad feedback news/results. * She was confident in her own role as well as the roles that we had to fulfil, and our abilities to achieve the required outcomes.
He offered a lot of help and was willing to make notes on my paper to attempt at helping me make my paper the best it could possibly be. I really appreciate his time and effort and definitely took in to account some of the great and helpful feedback he gave me. Another person I would also like to shortly thank is Professor Miller. She took the time out of her busy schedule to sit down and have a conference with me and go over any questions. It made it easier to figure out exactly what she was looking for in my paper.

(Horton, 2009) Ms. Horton feels as if she could work on her organization skills as well as Mr. Aldrich and was trusted to be the team leader. Even though she has some reserves, her team showed faith in her ability to listen to the group and work as a team. Aside from assessing Team A’s strength and weaknesses and evaluating their few differences the Team Charter can also be used to set ground rules and state the learning team goals so that it is clear to the entire group.
She has a compelling voice I will never forget .I remember Ms.Gentilini being a dedicated ,motivating, patient and intelligent person that challenged me to better myself every day. For instance one day in class we had a writing assignment and i was a little puzzled on the prompt ,Ms.Gentilini came over and said “sacoya your a smart girl and you can do it just take your time and use the skills I taught you “ that motivated me to think harder to understand
I am glad to have had the opportunity to experience a class where I can learn not just visually but physically. I admire the different styles of teaching that were displayed throughout this course. I am a hands-on learner, therefore engaging in group activities really allowed me to apply the material we learned throughout the semester. I’m happy to have gained knowledge and insight on leadership and how I can become a successful leader in my career when I
