Question 1 Introduce a computer-based information system which you have chosen. Discuss the objectives and the users of the respective information system. (10 marks) We will start with a brief introduction of the company we have chosen. Domino’s Pizza is an international fast food corporation that has been started in Michigan, United States. Dominos are mainly specialized in pizzas. At first, it has just started with a single outlet named “DomiNicks” which was then bought over by Tom Monaghan together with his brother, James Monaghan for just 500dollars. In 1965, James Monaghan sold off half of his ownership in the business to his brother Tom Monaghan for a used Volkswagen Beetle and as for Tom, being the sole proprietor for the business, he decided to give a new name which was then named as “Domino’s Pizza Incorporation”. Unfortunately, in 1968, a fire accident destroyed the company’s centralized headquarters and commissary in Michigan. Although Domino’s faced quite a lot of conflicts later on, but when the year reached 1978, the 200th outlet of Domino’s franchise was launched successfully. After that, things started to get way far better in Domino’s corporation. By the year 1983, there were already 1,000 Domino’s stores and in the same year Domino’s opened its very first international outlet in Canada too. In 1989, the Domino’s has already had 5,000 outlets going on business around the world and this makes Domino’s being the world’s fastest-growing pizza company. Domino’s was the second largest pizza-chain after Pizza Hut being at the first place in United States in the year 2004 for just under 15dollars per share. In Malaysia, Domino’s Pizza outlet was officially launched by Tom Monaghan, the owner itself in the month of September 1997 and by the year 2012, there were in total 98 outlets operating in whole Malaysia and with this healthy growth in Malaysia,
