Marc Andreessen Internet is the single worldwide computer network that interconnects other computer networks, on which end-user services such as World Wide Web sites or data archives are located (Webopedia). So too, the Internet (Net) enables data and other information to be exchanged. How resourceful is the Internet? The Internet helps alleviate endless waiting. In fact, connecting to Internet has never been easier. To take a case in point, what if you can’t make it to class or work because your child is sick or you are feeling under the weather? The Internet is convenient and quite conducive. Though computer hacking may be a problem, the Internet; however plays a more important role in people’s lives. For instance, you can be in the comfort of your own home wearing pajamas using the Internet. You could use it on the bus. You could even use it on the train. Moreover, you can be at any outdoor venue that have Wi-Fi connectivity and use the Internet. People can benefit much information when using the Internet. It is both functional and potential. The potential benefits of using the Internet are getting driving directions, finding old school chums or meeting new people and most importantly, receiving and sending emails. One way that the Internet is beneficial, it helps you get to your destination. After subscribing to the AT&T bundle (wireless, Internet, cable, and phone), I was able to log onto Internet Explorer. Then I went to the search engine, Google. This was very informational for me. For instance, last week I had an appointment for a study group in Oak Brook, IL. Though I heard of Oak Brook, I was uncertain on how to get there. The coordinator provided me with information via email
