This contact helps the industry reach their ultimate goal, which is to develop a partnership for brand expansion and development. Although there is a large opportunity for growth, there are also dangers involving hospitality operators mishandling their social media connections. This can lead to the industry being left behind. To aid in solving this problem, hotels, as well as restaurants and other businesses, have built their websites, now making sure that the site is up to speed for search engines, mobile applications, and more importantly for customers to keep involved in a conversation about the operation. “One great potential advantage of social media is that guests are willing to share information about their likes and dislikes.
