Freedom of expression is essential in establishing the democratic condition and ensuring public rights. Citizens cannot apply their right to vote successfully or take part in public decision-making if they do not have free right of entry to information and ideas and are not able to express their views freely. Freedom of expression is thus not only imperative for individual respect but also to contribution, liability and democracy.
Hence a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other, at the same time that each will be controlled by itself. Second. It is of great importance in a republic not only to guard the society against the oppression of its rulers, but to guard one part of the society against the injustice of the other part. The general liberty of the people must not be in danger especially of the government power. I know what they do is for the benefit of everyone in this country and it is extremely hard to make the decision’s that is going to affect the way we live and how we live. This documentary relates to foreign policy to the different branches of government and how every decision is made. This relates to private parties like the ACLU to protect our civil liberties that were lost as a result of policies that expand the government’s power to invade people’s privacy and right to the First Amendment. It made clear that certain things that were unlawful like racial profiling and stopping anyone under suspicion was “ok.” Top Secret America is one of the many examples of what we do not know about our government. We do not take the time to pay attention to what is happening in this economy.
Legistlative Branch was to make laws, the Executive Branch is to enforce the laws, and the Judicial Brance is to interpret the laws. The Consititution banned states from being completely independent from one another but still be able to have their rights in independence for the people. Though these branches had remanded in the plans, it also followed into the Constitution. This new government would allow for a republic to rule, where the people had the oppurtunity to voice for themselves and to be heard that would respectfully benefit everyone in the country, and not just the majority. Peple had feared the Constitution, as it could potentially threaten their rights and properties.

Madison recognizes that under the Constitution, society is divided into many groups of people that hold different views and different interests. The more minority groups, the harder it is for one large group to dominate or threaten the minority. Madison also speaks out against a confederal system of government. He, and the framers of the constitution, believed that in a confederal system that the states may have more power.
Why I think like this because, the government will do what they want or think they know what is correct for the citizens. I think its s personal right to vote. Freedom of speech and of choice. Everyone has a free will. By mandating the people to vote raises a lot of questions.
I have many different views and I have reasoning behind why I feel the particular way that I do. I believe that we should follow the constitution and try to make this country a better place. The right to bear arms is one of the most fundamental aspects to the freedoms of the American people. Our
