This builds our relationship in tremendous ways because I can relate to her better and I know how to comfort her. When she listens to me I believe she understands what I go through and how much I try to be there for her. This makes her more understanding of why I feel stressed or my freaking out at times so she doesn’t resent me. When listening to my husband, we continue to connect with one another and learn new things about each other every day. This brings us closer together and allows us to understand each other more.
Through these new techniques, I have learned to deal with stress well. Through meditation I realized that I can truly relax in an amazing way. It especially helps get in touch with your body. Just being in a quiet, secluded area, trying to “stretch it all out” and get over all the stressed helped dramatically. It was a new technique that was very easy and relaxing.
Staying with the patient and eventually sees him calm and smile again somewhat makes me feel proud of myself and our team making the patient a happy person again. It’s obvious that Mr. Ferguson is extremely tired when he comes off shift yet is expected to attend treatment three times a week in the mornings. Personally, I would be angry, frustrated, and tired so I am recommending that we change his treatments to the afternoons so that he can give 100% towards attending these sessions. As far as his attitude, I understand that you may not like it but that is not a reason to revoke his probation. I will have a talk with him regarding his behavior and I am sure it will change once he sees the recommendations. In regards to not completing community service, once again we have to look at his schedule.

This is seven hours dedicated to my classes three days a week. The extra day will be for personal things and to allow myself a mental break throughout the week. I believe this plan gives me ample time to do the required coursework so that I can be successful in this program. Time Management plan As I stated in my study plan I will dedicate seven hours a day to this program. I have set aside time in the early afternoon after my study time to run errands, appointments, and work related issues.

I think Mr. Powell gave answer of interest which stem from being in the midst of a few difficult trials which in returns made him the person that he describes himself to be, one whom has grown to be content with circumstance.
