The importants a of homework Homework is an important part of school life it prepares you for uni and even into adulthood. As I will explain, not doing homework can affect your teacher, fellow students even your even your parents at home. Imagine your friend just called inviting you over for the afternoon. You delightfully reply and head over to their house. Soon enough the afternoon turns to night and you have completely forgotten about the homework that you have to do, you decide to wing it. The next morning You have your classes you realise it's the class that you supposedly 'forgot' your homework. you get into class and the teacher is asking for everyone's homework you pull a lame excuse like I was too busy that the teacher doesn't buy. This affects the rest of the class, the teacher has to take time to punish you, whether it be writing down a detention note or finding a slip. You deduct time from the rest of the classes and your learning. It also affects your teacher, usually he or she will give you a class detention take ing time from their lunch, to punish you. If not they give you an after school detention (ie. house-d, school-d) usually affecting your parent when you are late home from school. Not doing your homework is a bad habit to get into think when you have graduated high school and you are in uni or polytechnic or something, at home studying is a must. If Putting it off or putting things first becomes a habit, it can lead to lower grades or failing completely.
