Introduction Ethical dilemma is a complex condition that will include conflicts between moral necessities. Ethical dilemmas are what happen when a person make a decision that might be against their values or beliefs. It is a problem without acceptable resolution. The importance of ethical decision-making in the fact that very different ethical choices regarding the same ethical dilemma can be made causing in neither choice being a “right or wrong” decision. A person has to choose between two choices; both are morally correct but in conflict. Ethics and morals are close. They both deal with right and wrong questions. • People may believe that their moral views to be right, but no society’s views are better than any others.  Cheating in Relativism Theory - Depend on the Subjective relativism I agree that cheating is a wrong action. So i think that i did the right action by reporting here to the teacher without mentioning her name, so she could learn from that and stop cheating. In addition, most of people in our society agree that cheating is a wrong action regarding the Cultural Relativism. 2) Egoism - Egoism is the theory that all persons ought to act from their own self-interest which can be descriptive or a normative position. The descriptive considers egoism as a factual description of human matters. That is, people are interested by their own interests and desires. Ethics dilemma can be difficult sometimes to decide the right and wrong actions. The right and wrong actions can be decided using the personal opinions or following specific culture that differs from one society to another. So determining the action is right or wrong depends on which ethical theory you have been used. In my case of cheating, in relativism theory cheating is not accepted in my opinion and I did the right action by informing her to the teacher without mentioning her name, where in egoism theory the cheating would be accepted because she act for her self-interest to get high mark on exam, while in utilitarian theory cheating is also accepted because it is based on the happiness that the action may lead, so if she cheated she could get high mark and make her
