From my experiences as a student I have come to the realization that education is a very powerful, enriched, and very promising tool to have. Looking into society education speaks for itself. Obtaining higher education will result in success. It takes hard work, dedication, leadership, and trust. There is so much to learn education is so ongoing.
Improving my own knowledge and practice is valuable not just for myself but for my staff, my setting and the children within my care. 1.2 Analyse potential barriers to professional development Potential barriers to professional development could include: * Budget * Lack of resources * Poor communication * Staff shortages * No encouragement from superior members of staff * No time to train * Transport problems * Stubbornness to admit training is needed * Inadequate appraisal systems that would highlight training needed * Possible language barriers * Childcare problems when training arranged when no childcare available The barriers I face are when
It will be my job to push them harder and to aid them whenever they need help or advocacy. If they are willing to push themselves, I will invest my time in them. My students will be my top priority and will have my full attention. I will provide an education for them that is fitted for them and not for a one size fits all. They deserve to learn in the least restrictive environment, which meets their needs and provides interaction with their peers.
It improves our skills and practice which in turn has a positive effect on the development of the young people in our care. It provides us with a deeper understanding of our job role, improving our self-esteem. I believe that professional development builds on what we already know, and what may not seem useful at the time, will help us in situations further along the line. The importance of staff professional development is due to the fact people are Working in an environment where ideas, protocols are always moving and changing. Whether it is new methods, products, legislation, this all translates into maintaining high standards.
As a member of management it is even more vital that i am aware and up to date with all the legislation and guidelines as part of my role is to guide, support and influence other staff to do well in their own role. My own professional development does not only impact on myself but other staff, the setting and people who use the service. How do we become knowledge workers within our own organizations? Hammer (2004) suggests that we are entering an age where we will all be knowledge workers. I find some truth in that because we are always learning from our peers, our employees, and our supervisors. But it is necessary for us to know where that newfound knowledge comes from by finding its source. I am the type of person who wants to know everything and be the best at every task I perform, and doing the necessary work to identify the appropriate source of information will make that task just a bit easier.
Those parents have to stay vigorously involved in schooling their kids. Surely the obligation to ensure our nation’s future must be shared also by those who don’t have children in the public schools. Those people who should take an interest in the students that will eventually be stepping into the workforce. They should be developing work-study groups, internships and job placement banks that they can recruit and develop to be successful. Evidently, the tasks of educating our children nowadays are a lot more difficult than simple examinations and easy solutions.

For example, you can become anything you want if you try and work at it. You need support from your family, friends and some teachers. Their support will encourage me to keep reaching my goals.
Work schedules may interfere with our studies and may become an obstacle for our success. Type of work we are currently employed with may also become a problem. Being accustom from doing one thing to another may not be an easy task. Again, is this impossible? No, adaptability is the key to success.
The purpose of higher learning allows growth while broadening my perspective to help educate others. The complete and concise curriculum allows me to prioritize my daily routines to become an enhanced student and educator. My concerns and difficulties were at a low level during this module because of the great support system provided in the GCU program. Organizing and prioritizing were a little difficult because achieving my personal, academic, and career goals are all on equal ground. The final outcome entails personal, academic, and career goals that will be gained during my pursuit of higher
