The Importance of Water for Health Water is important for our body and health. It is important because almost all of part of human body such as brain, blood, cells, muscle, etc contain water. Between 60 to 70% of our body is made from water. We need water to keep our body work properly. Here are some reasons of why water helps our body work properly.
