Information can be defined as processed data that is meaning to the end user. Data represent raw facts, figures, concept, observation etc that can be processed into finished information. It can also be regarded as an output product. In this context, information can be referred to as process data that will be useful to co-operative level management. Corporate level management decision can be referred to as top management information that will determine the viability of the organization or information that relates to the overall scope of a business. Information is a key tool that determines the success in a profit making organization. The importance of information cannot be under estimated as its determines the trend of an activity in an organization and the extent to which it can achieved its goals and objectives. The following information should be taken into consideration in analyzing the impact of information on the success of corporate strategy and organizational structure in a profit making organization. Visions are our intended aspirations or achievement. Vision tells us what we want to achieve unlike mission, which has to have standards & dimension. Vision can change for example if the set targets are too flamboyant or we cannot achieve our sets targets. Visions are time bound, quantity factor, and quality factor. For example we want to sell 6000 chairs at the end of 2012 is a vision statement.
