Human resource management (HRM) is a term used to describe a set of tasks aimed at effectively managing an organization’s employees, commonly known as its human resources or human capital (xxx). The retail market is a dynamic environment that requires an innovative and flexible approach to human recourses (HR). HRM professionals oversees the business of managing people in an organization, which includes compensation, benefits, training and development, staffing, strategic Human Relations (HR) management and other functions to include. * Improving the working conditions of employees. * Informing the employees about their benefits and proper use of all other resources available in the organization. * Ensure all major activities involved in human resource management are treated with importance. * Create a strong management team, establish a well skilled and competent workforce and encourage a steady and an interactive relationship among organization members. * Training and development of staffs should be a regular program in the organization and should be innovative and challenging.
