The paper will discuss the ‘in house’ Temporary Staffing function that HR provides to the organisation with the current theory, its impacts on the delivery of patient care and evaluate how HR at ELFT has successfully contributed to the Temporary Staffing function in the context of the NHS Plan (2002).
