The Cheesecake Factory restaurants strive to provide a distinctive, high quality dining experience at moderate prices by offering an extensive, innovative and evolving menu in an upscale, casual, high energy setting with attentive, efficient and friendly service. Our menu features approximately 200 items, supplemented by additional items presented on separate menu cards, including appetizers, pizza, seafood, steaks, chicken, burgers, specialty items, pastas, salads, sandwiches, omelets and desserts. Menu items, except those desserts manufactured at our bakery production facilities, are prepared from scratch daily on the restaurant premises with high quality, fresh ingredients using innovative and proprietary recipes. We consider the extensive selection of items on our menu to be an important factor in the differentiation of our restaurants from our competitors. The Cheesecake Factory is a public company that operates 177 in the United States and the Middle East. We currently have two licensing agreements in place for the Middle East and Latin America. The Middle East agreement provides for the development of 22 restaurants in five countries – United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – with the opportunity to expand the agreement to include other markets in the Middle East and North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey.
