Every Dr. that went through this journey with Morgan and kept track of his health are stunned and that people shouldnot eat fast food and one Dr. even says that Morgan should not eat fast food for one whole year to give his body time to recuperate. In 30 days Morgan ate 30lbs of sugar, a lb a day and managed to eat 12 whole pounds of fat. It takes 6 months for Morgan to lose the 20lbs he gained in only 1 month. It takes 2 months of detox eating to get his liver and cholesterol back to normal function. My take from this movie?
After a month my mom also got job so after that we spent our life with ease but at the same time we were saving money. Next trouble was we all had to stay dependent on ride because of lack of car. We were walking to Wal-Mart and other stores to get grocery. It was hard but we did it also in winter too I still remember that me and my mom were walking 2-3 miles every day from work to house. So probably after one year we got our first used car.
Barbara was able to maintain herself economically. She tried to spend less so that she will have enough money for her house rent, gas and food. She bought no clothing except for the required slacks. She made the decision to move close to where she works due to the amount spent on gas daily. “in a month, I earned approximately $1040 and spent $517 on food, gas, toiletries, laundry, phone, and utilities”( 75 reading across the curriculum, pages 395-426, paragraph 65).
For dinner, I mainly consume fish, maybe salmon but never fried, mixed vegetables, and boiled eggs. Sometimes I may switch it up and eat plain white rice with my fish or fruits. My diet for the next sixty days is very strict. After my workout and diet plan is complete, I will be more open to different foods but it will be moderated from now on. I want to only consume 2,000 calories a day or less because in order to gain a pound, it takes 3,500 calories, also this is the recommended amount for young women my age.

Where I used to cook 3 course meals, now my daughter just asks me to taste the food for the right spices. The problem that I don’t cook anymore is that I had problems standing when I had to cook. I would have to stand and sit in intervals of 10 minutes because standing in one position would cause me to have pain in my neck, lower back, legs and feet. It got pretty tiresome just to cook a meal. Also, if I had to carry something over to the sink, I was always afraid to lose my grip.

Lotishia Edwards Adrienne Vivian English 1101 September 26, 2012 Don’t Blame the Eater After reading “Don’t Blame the Eater”. I was really concerned, from my understanding most people get obese at a very young age, most time because parents are too busy to just take the time out and cook something for themselves and their kids. Kids spend most of their time and money at a fast-food place because that’s the way they grew up, after eating at a fast-food place all your life it’s really hard to just stop. For Example: if your mother works seven days a week and you have to go to school, when your mother gets home you would have already ate junk food. The best thing for parents, who works long shifts seven days a week, is cook a large sum of
It took me several years to communicate to other people because of the fear they might laugh at me. While I am in school I got a job as a dietary aide position, it doesn’t pay much because it’s unskilled jobs. I worked there for about three to five years. I was hired at McDonald way back, and after a month’s I got fire because I did not speaking English. It took me a while before I got myself used to this country.
And while I had my toys and my friends around I still had to be responsible about doing my homework and wake up every morning and wear my clothes to go to school. I learned to do everything by myself and. Finally after one year my dad decided that we can go to see my mom. At the first time, I did not feel anything when I saw her because I could not remember her as a mom. This really hurt me as
