The book, Unwind by Neal Shusterman is a science fiction book, published in 2007. The book is based on a future utopia, a perfect society. In the perfect society, the act of unwinding children was created. To unwind a child means to have the child sent away to have all their body parts taken off, leaving nothing left of the child. The child’s body parts are than used on other humans in need of body parts. Once signed up to be unwound, many children escape until it’s safe for them to return to normal society. In this book, the three main characters, Conner, Risa, and Lev escape from being unwound, this begins their long, risky journey to safety. I couldn’t put this book down. This book was a for sure, a page turner! I liked that this book included
