The best decision I have ever made Our decisions make our lives better or worse, which means you can choose your way as well. It doesn't matter where you live or how old you are, you can always change your life. In this way, you might face a lot of problems, but each problem is bound to teach you a new lesson and a new experience. I think the best decision I have ever made is to move from my country, Iran, to America because of three major reasons: looking for freedom, getting a better job and finishing my education. In the summer of 2010, I changed my life by coming to America in the pursuit of freedom and free speech. The Iranian government is corrupt and the country is under the control of a dictator, where the right to talk about politics does not exist. While attending the university in Iran, I was kicked out of school for expressing my thoughts through writing. As everybody knows, the top twenty universities of the world are located in the United States .Therefore, I felt privileged to move to this brilliant country because now I have the chance of graduating from one of these great universities and then be able to a get better job and be a useful member of the society which I live in. To sum up, I have to say it is never an easy decision to leave your motherland. You face a dilemma and you feel ambivalent, but sometimes in life you have to risk what you have with the hope of a better future. If it works, you will benefit from it for the rest of your life and if it doesn't, you can be certain that you have done your best to make a change. Since I have achieved some of my ambitions in the USA, I feel hopeful that better days are on the way, I think my decision was worth all of the trouble that I went
