As result of being stronger, I am able to increase my performance in sports. I also have more endurance to perform everyday tasks. While I strengthen my muscles and bones, it also will help prevent any injuries to myself. Weight lifting makes me feel better about myself. By lifting, I feel like I am benefiting myself in mind, and body.
Learners are often called upon to make small, subtle movements to improve their alignment. Over time, this will increase learners’ level of comfort in their own body. This can lead to improved posture and greater self-confidence. It makes the body more flexible and helps learners relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment. The most important benefit of yoga is physical and mental therapy.
One of the easiest ways to develop good habits at a young age is to participate in youth sports. Participation in youth sports results in a healthier adult lifestyle as it gets you used to eating healthy and exercising, forms good daily habits and despite some negative risks, has positive psychological and social benefits that you take into adulthood. Throughout youth sports its encouraged to eat right, hydrate and exercise. Some youth even see a personal trainer to assist with strength and flexibility. Some coaches even require that their team participate in specialized training.
The first exercise I need to do is stretching. Stretching is flexibility exercising it teaches my muscles to move further , more easily , and more freely. Stretching is important to keep me free from injury , as well as help my posture and body alignment. Each stretch should be held for five seconds and should be increased to twenty to thirty seconds as I become more flexible. Yoga or Tai Chi can also improve flexibility .

Having good muscular endurance allows muscles to endure long periods of exercise without becoming tired. It is essential for long distance runners to have high muscular endurance so they can compete in races such as the marathon.

Some benefits of being an athletic trainer is that they get to know their clients and can work with them any time during the day because they will always be around them. They also get to understand the nutrition aspects of the injuries and illnesses in their clients. Usually in conducting their therapy they use therapeutic exercises. Some downfalls of being an athletic trainer are that they are limited to working under medical and osteopathic physicians and they tend to work two full time jobs (1).
It can be just simple exercise that is easily integrated into your everyday daily routine. Health is a major part of your life and simple changes to your lifestyle and choices can make a massive difference to your overall health. The overall health improvement will leave you with more energy and help your concentration, which will make day to day tasks easier and more enjoyable to complete as you won’t feel drained by the end of it. (Gill Jenkins, 2010) Physical health Physical health is how your body works and is assessed like a machine by levels of fitness, the better your fitness, the better physical health you have and the better your body will work, it will be more efficient. There are many things that effect physical health within your body; the cardiovascular system which is all about heart strength, cholesterol and blood pressure; the respiratory system, how fitness effects your breathing and the oxygen getting to your muscles and organs; skeletal system and how fitness effects your bones, the strength of them and the condition of the bones; Weight control which effects most of the above factors and a main benefit of being healthy as weight can have a massive effect negatively or positively on your overall health.
One of the most beloved hobbies in the world is Athletics and watching sports is just as popular, people love the teams, the coaches, and the especially the players. Athletes are heroic figures of modern times they show success, fitness, and a lot more skills. But some athletes don't show these attributes well, whether it be drinking, scandals, or drugs, but don't think all athletes are like that most sponsor get fit programs or other programs related to sports and fitness and the good side of athletes should be shown. Athletes are good role models. Now before starting a role model is a person looked to by others as an example to be imitated.
