During the examination of the problem first one must recognize that an issue exists. Study the problem in its entirety by gaining feedback from those directly affected by the problem. Find the root of the problem, what is the cause of the problem. Completing this process in great detail is important for its stability and moving forward throughout the cycle. The next part of this stage relies on the stakeholders.
Everything academic revolves around the year-end state testing to the point that other subjects are usually neglected. Reading, math and writing are the main thrusts of schools, and are obviously important. However, critics state that children are not receiving well-rounded educations because of the emphasis on these subjects
1.2 person centered values are important with care plans as Care planning is all about improving the lives of those who receive care. A person centered approach is fundamental to achieving high quality care, both for staff who implement care plans and for service users and their families who rely upon them. The emphasis must always be on the service user as an individual, with aspects of aspects of their unique qualities helping to inform the care plans, such as their life history, likes and dislikes, and experiences. Creating a care plan that ensures that person centred values are met will make all the difference when considering an individual’s ability to understand,
Education, training, and incentives provide a basis for developing an environment to promote teams and teamwork (Taplin, Foster, & Shortell 2013). Education and training programs that emphasize collaborative care and team building are essential. Also, organizational leaders need to highly value this training and the concept of interprofessional collaborations. This can partly be accomplished during the hiring process by stressing team and teamwork values to prospective hires (Taplin, Foster, & Shortell 2013). Continuing training and coaching as collaborations work can provide encouragement during the process.
Time management is very important in all aspects of life. If you do not have positive in this area, you will fail to accomplish specific goals, and benchmarks. Again, you must hold yourself accountable to be disciplined enough to manage your time wisely. The consideration and respect you show others is a big aspect of this area. People typically demand respect before giving it.
I need to be aware of the most up to date legislations and guidelines, and the welfare requirements. As a member of management it is even more vital that I am aware and up to date with the above, as part of my role is to guide, support and influence other staff to do well in their own roles. Your own professional development does not only impact on yourself but other staff, the organisation and people who use the service. Reflective practice is a huge part of professional development and you need to be skilful in this to really benefit from it, criticising your own practice isn’t always easy but if you take a step back and look at it from different points of view it can really benefit yourself and your skills. To improve my own knowledge is very important to me and I really enjoy learning new skills which can benefit my roles or future roles.
The success of this phase needs the commanding and logical style of leadership. It requires a more demanding approach as it represents the moment of launching the plans and strategies for change and these must have a precise debut. This phase has to be managed through the commanding and logical styles as they consist of directing and explaining, and of doing and studying. The catalyzing phase involves inspiring, energizing, and assisting. The inspirational and supportive styles are most effective as these develop through exploiting opportunities of change in order to accomplish positive goals.
I have to always be aware of these standards, and understand the impact on people, if I don’t work towards them. Reflecting on standards, gives me the chance to keep up to date, with any new standards. 1.4. My own values and beliefs could affect the job I do, within my role if I don’t have an awareness of my own values. I could find it hard to accept other staff members values and beliefs, and feel mine are the right ones.
Whether it is one or more issues at a time, they juggle each one to resolution. Behavior approach has two categories task and relationship. Knowing how to complete tasks is an important key for leaders, especially for deadlines to meet. Leaders also need to know how to include staff efficiently on the assignment to be finished, and have already a connection to each individual to be an effective leader. This approach strength is multitasking to get the job complete.
It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. To be successful is to understand what is important to you, to recognize your weaknesses without hiding behind them, to strive for balance as well as open new doors in life.
