Les Paul, A Music Revolutionary Les Paul played a key role in the innovation of modern day music. He was responsible for many inventions that are still used all around the world. His contribution to the music industry was a turning point for music. It was a leap in the right direction on the path to the current industry. The development of multi-track recording was one of Paul’s most successful projects, along with the invention of the first solid body electric guitar in 1941.
NASA has greatly influenced our field of computer technology. They have helped with things in this area such as: Virtual Reality and the Air Quality Monitor. Virtual Reality allows a person to enter a computer generated environment. Also the simulation moves with your head movement and is combined with a Stereo viewing device wich creates the ultimate experience. The Air Quality Monitor seperates different gasses in smokestacks and determins the amount of gases present so as to meet the smokestack emission requirements.
This massive symbol of the America’s ingenuity was at the center of Machinary Hall and would power the fair and the 800 other machines throughout the centennial exposition. Education has many other positive ripple effects. Statistics show that college educated individuals take better care of themselves, participate in more volunteer activities, and more socially conscience. These qualities can only make a company stronger. Healthier living can improve a company’s health insurance cost, and acquiring better social skills and understanding only enhances the work environment. Similar to the ideal of our Nation, to increase education and accessibility to all, for our country is better when more people get degrees as our company is.
In this paper I will discuss the philanthropic acts of Prometheus from Hesiod's Theogony and how they reflected on John D. Rockefeller Jr and his contributions to society. I will also explain the hectic relationship between Zeus and Prometheus and relate it to the relationship between Nelson Rockefeller and one of his artists Diego Rivera. Lastly I will propose that the Rockefeller's saw some aspects of themselves in each of the mythical artworks in the Rockefeller Center. In Hesiod’s Theogony, Prometheus loves human beings. He wants them to progress civilization so he does what is necessary.

The positive effects the astrolabe brought was that sea captains and explorers were now able to determine their location at sea. They were also able to travel to distance land without the fear of getting lost. Also another positive effect was because of the astrolabe a famous explorer named Christopher Columbus was able to discover America which was a major discovery all over the world and by him discovering the Americas the Eastern world and Western world connected. He flew aircraft that included a multitude of makes and models of aircraft. He was provided the advantage of attending multiple colleges, which nonetheless encouraged him to continue to chase his dream”NASA- National Aeronautics and Space Administration.” In addition to his dreams of outer space exploration, Neil Armstrong was awarded the American Dream of a wife and family. A successful career and a family to share it with seemed to be the very lifeblood of his dream. None of this would have been achieved without the vast opportunities we are granted simply by being American
